   - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

   - If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of our business hours, please leave a message or send an email as soon as possible.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

   - Clients who provide less than 24hours' notice for cancellation or fail to show up for their appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of the full amount of the booked service

   - The cancellation fee must be paid before booking another appointment.

3. Emergencies and Exceptions:

   - We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a legitimate emergency or sudden illness that prevents you from giving proper notice, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle your situation with empathy and flexibility.

4. Repeated Cancellations and No-Shows:

   - Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
